This 2,300 ft² film, video, and photo studio features a 600 ft² White CYC wall (30' wide, 20' deep, 12' high) and a connected Dress/Makeup area. It includes 7 ceiling-mounted Smallrig RC220B spotlights and 8 TV commercial production company Phoenix Quasar Science Rainbow 2 RGB lights, all controllable via iPad. Free amenities include desks, power strips, parking for 20+ cars, a 16' x 10' garage door for easy loading, a kitchenette, bathroom, and shower.
